Where can tickets be bought?

Tickets for the 2023 cyclo-cross World Cup are on sale through our ticket shop. You can find it at HERE

How much does a ticket cost?

A ticket for Saturday costs €21, a ticket for Sunday €26 and a combi ticket for both days is €46. Please note! Ticket prices during the event itself are higher: Saturday €25, Sunday €30 and combi ticket €50.

Are tickets on sale at the door?

Yes! During the event, it is also possible to buy tickets. Both digitally in our shop and at the ticket boxes near the entrances. Please note that ticket prices during the event are higher than in the presale. See the question above for prices

Do I need to physically carry my ticket with me?

It is not compulsory to print out your ticket. The ticket must be scanned for validation. This can be done using either the QR code from your phone or the code on a printed ticket.

Are there any disabled tickets?

Some disabled tickets are available, but they sell out quickly. One companion is allowed with a disabled person on the disabled stage. This companion must purchase their own regular ticket.

Can kids come for free?

Children up to 11 years may enter the World Cyclo-crossing Championship for free. No ticket needs to be ordered for this. Children 12 years or older will only be let in with a regular entry ticket. Age verification is possible, so we would like to ask you to keep a valid ID of the child at hand.

Is the event site accessible on Thursday and Friday?

It is not possible to visit the course and event site on Thursday. On this day, the grounds will be closed.
However, it is possible to visit the event on Friday. On Friday, access to the grounds will be free and there will be no controls.
On Saturday and Sunday, the event is only accessible with a valid entry ticket.

Is there space for the disabled?

Yes! We have special disabled tickets in our shop. These do sell out quickly. Disabled tickets give you access to the disabled platform. This platform is accessible for wheelchairs. One escort is allowed with a disabled person on the disabled platform. This companion must purchase a regular ticket themselves.

Are dogs allowed to come to the Cyclo-cross World Cup?

Unfortunately! Dogs are not allowed inside the cyclocross World Cup grounds.

Is there bag control?

Yes! There will be a bag check at the entrance. Given the size of the number of visitors, we want to ensure safety for everyone.

How can I pay for food and beverages?

Our public catering uses cards. These cards can be charged through this catering. After the event, the remaining amount can be reclaimed.

Do you offer spaces for motorhomes?

It is not allowed to park the camper or motorhome on or around the course. It is allowed to (temporarily) park the camper in the available parking spaces. Overnight stays in the parking lots are not allowed.

Due to the great amount of request we added a new option for campers to stay overnight. There will be a field available to camp, next to camping Costa Kabrita. From this camping it’s possible to use a shuttle to the event site (shuttle provided by the camping). Please contact camping Costa Kabrita for the possibilities.

Transport

Can I park at the cyclocross World Cup?

It is possible to park in Hoogerheide for the cyclocross World Cup. Several parking areas have been designated for this purpose by the organisers. We would like to ask you to follow the route boarding on location and park in the designated places. It is not allowed to park in the neighbourhoods. An overview of the parkings can be found here.

Are there any disabled parking spaces?

Disabled parking spaces are available near the disabled platform. To do so, follow the route boarding upon entering Hoogerheide. An overview of the parkings can be found here.

Can I come by bicycle?

It is certainly possible to come to the 2023 cyclocross World Cup by bike. Near the two regular entrances, parking for bicycles will be provided. At the top of the parcours is the parking lot next to the entrance. At the bottom of the parcours, you can park your bike at the church traffic circle. We would like to ask you to park your bike here to keep the walking routes clear.

Can I come with the motorhome?

It is allowed to come to the Cyclo-cross World Cup with a campervan. Motorhome parking spaces will also be available for this purpose. It is not permitted to spend the night in the campervan in Hoogerheide. For overnight stays you will have to divert to a campsite in the area.

Can I come with a tour bus?

It is possible to come to Hoogerheide by tour bus. We have some parking spaces available for this purpose. It is not allowed to park or temporarily stop in front of the entrance with the bus. When entering Hoogerheide, please follow the route boarding for coaches.
